Wait

Wait

"Wait for it," Mitchell said with a grin. "How long?" his friend asked anxiously. "However long it takes; that's what waiting is," Mitchell responded. "But it'll be good, right?" his friend continued, trying to lock it all down. "Irrelevant," Mitchell responded then, patting his friend on the back. "What's coming is coming for you; it's yours. It arrives in its own time and then you get to see a bigger picture." "What if I don't want to wait?" the friend replied, getting squirmy. "Pardon my language, but you ain't gotta eff around to find out; you're finding out," Mitchell spoke plainly and sat back. "If what's coming has to track you down, things have a tendency to go poorly. Also consider a switch to decaf; you're like that cartoon squirrel in "Ice Age"." You could only do so much to prep 'em for the good OR the bad, and Mitchell knew it.
