"I must caution against it," Roxanne said quietly. "Yes, technically, it's in your price range and has much of what you're looking for, but the location is less than ideal." They stared at her, shocked. "But ... but the house is on 6 acres of land set back from the road!" the client responded, deeply perplexed. "And it has a pool!" the other chimed in. "Yes and yes," Roxanne responded, "but the fact remains that this property is on a double ley line, where the curve and rotational speed of the planet draws two multi-dimensional energy streams into parallel and then unison with each other." They stared at her, as if she had suddenly lapsed into a grunt-and-click language beyond their intellectual reach. "Karma travels ley lines and a double line means that it is faster here," Roxanne explained, leaning forward. "Everything you say and do will immediately - and I mean IMMEDIATELY - return to you twice over and then some." The clients looked at each other with appropriate horror. "We don't need a pool," the one whispered. "Too remote," said the other with a hard swallow.
